Orders

The seller’s website is an offer to treat only. Any contract shall consist of the buyer’s order and the seller’s acceptance thereof. Any order accepted by the seller shall be subject to the seller’s conditions of sale and no other conditions shall apply unless expressly agreed in writing by the seller.

Prices

Quoted prices include free delivery to UK mainland addresses (excluding Highlands & Islands, Channel Island, Isle of Man and Ireland). For deliveries outside this area a carriage charge will be levied. The prices invoiced will be those currently charged by the seller at the date of despatch. Although every effort is made to ensure the prices stated in the website are correct, should an error on price occur, and an order is placed, you will be informed and given the option of continuing the order at the correct price or cancelling the order. All prices are subject to VAT. All packing is non-returnable.

Payment
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details.

Fraud checks may be conducted on our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. On occasion we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible however on occasion dispatch of goods may be delayed.

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

All credit card transactions are taken in the UK and our transaction currency is in UK Pounds (£).

Delivery

To facilitate a prompt delivery all despatches will be made direct from either the point of manufacture or distribution. The seller shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the buyer or any other person as a result of any delay in the delivery of the goods or any part of the order for any reason whatsoever. The due performance of the contract is subject to cancellation or such variation as the seller may find necessary as the result of instructions or lack of instructions from the buyer, or as a result of industrial dispute or of any cause whatsoever beyond the seller’s reasonable control. The seller reserves the right to make partial deliveries as goods do not necessarily come from the same source

Items that are shown as in stock will normally be delivered within 24 hours providing the order is placed by 12 noon. Any goods that are made to order, usually take between 4-6 weeks unless otherwise stated. Times quoted are so quoted in good faith but shall be non-binding

All goods will be delivered by carrier and will require a signature on delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and are not usually pre-booked. Deliveries are to kerbside only and may come on a pallet. It is the purchasers responsibility to handle the good from that point. If further transfer or installation is required, particularly for large and heavy items, this must be requested at the time of ordering and an additional charge will be levied

If the first delivery attempt fails the driver will leave a calling card to allow the customer to re-arrange a suitable delivery time or request a change of delivery address

Should the consignment then not be accepted it will be classed as a failed delivery. Goods will then be returned to our warehouse.  There will be an additional cost for any subsequent delivery made

Damage/Shortages and Warranty

Any damage or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery in order for us to follow the couriers insurance claim procedure. Please note that a signed consignment note constitutes delivery of goods. Please check that the number of boxes received, corresponds with the delivery note before signing

Our products usually have a 2 year guarantee on parts and components any variation to this is shown on the products page on the website

We do not offer a free on-site maintenance service on our products.  Our policy is to send out replacement parts free of charge. If this isn’t possible, we can arrange to collect from you, repair and resend but we will charge for this service

If a replacement part is requested, we will require a photo of the product to assess the problem so it can be corrected in the most cost effective way and for our claim purposes.

If in certain cases the whole product needs to be collected because it is not fit for sale then you can request a collection at no charge within 7 days of receiving it. The chair will either be replaced or credited once it has been inspected by our warehouse. If we feel we have been misled in anyway by the reason given to collect you will be charged a minimum £20+VAT collection charge.

Returns

Should you not like the product or find it unsuitable we will arrange a collection upon request. Collections must be requested in writing within 7days of receiving the goods. You must agree a suitable collection date and let us know. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product and the items must be in the original packaging a 15% restocking charge will be made (minimum £20 +VAT)

The courier will only attempt to collect once. If you are not in or the parcels are inadequately packaged, or the driver is told there is nothing to collect then you will be charged failed collection charge

Providing the goods are in re saleable condition a refund of the original purchase price less handling charges will be given. Returns may only be accepted on stocked items

Contract cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations (these do not apply if the product has been ordered to your specification)

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched, we will refund the original purchase price less handling charges, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the products and not used them. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product which must be in the original packaging, These Regulations apply to those products which we specify as stock items.
